Sponsors & Partners
We're partnering with a growing array of sponsors from the ski world and our own backyard. Be sure to support those who support your favorite sport:
The Craftsbury Outdoor Center began in 1976 with a Nordic trail network cut on the land, with sculling and running camps founded shortly after, providing year round training and athletic opportunities in a beautiful natural setting. Since being reorganized as a non-profit, the Center's mission has grown to support and promote participation and excellence in lifelong sports with a special focus on rowing, nordic skiing, biathlon and running; to use and teach sustainable practices; and to protect and manage the surrounding land, lake and trails.
While the mission has grown, we continue to provide great skiing, trailside lodging, healthy food, camps and programming for all ages.
Since 1976 we've been making innovative rowing products. From our Indoor Rowers and SkiErgs to our Dreissigacker Racing Oars, our products will help you get fit, stay fit, win your race, or train for your primary sport.
Since 1977 Craft has been actively involved in the research and development of ventilation and moisture dispersal properties for different fabrics. The fruit of these efforts is the Craft Principle, Craft's way of providing functional training and competition wear that ensures the best body microclimate (the temperature and moisture conditions closest to the body) for optimal performance.

In the winter of 2007, Vermont skier Corinne Prevot picked up some fun fabric and started making hats for her Burke Mountain Academy teammates and friends. Soon demand for the colorful hats grew and Corinne enlisted her mom, Margie, to help guide her growing business while she attended Middlebury College. Since graduating from Middlebury College in 2013, Corinne brought Skida to Burlington, Vermont. Meanwhile, production continues to operate in northern Vermont, supporting local cottage industry sewing.
